At Cascadia Outdoor Cushions, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-made outdoor cushions designed to withstand the elements. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a warranty on our outdoor cushions and fabrics, along with important policies regarding shipping, returns, order cancellations, and fabric selection changes. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Shipping Information
Due to the size and dimensions of most outdoor cushions and pillows, the most economical shipping method is UPS Ground. Over the years, shipping rates have increased significantly, and while we strive to keep costs as reasonable as possible, Cascadia Outdoor Cushions has no control over carrier pricing.
Shipping costs are calculated by cushion dimensions, not just weight. Large cushions, even if lightweight, may incur higher shipping fees.
Our goal is to provide the most cost-effective shipping rates possible without compromising on the quality and care of delivery.
If shipping rates appear high, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Custom Cushion Billing & Return Policy
All custom outdoor cushions are made to order according to the specifications you provide. These cushions are handcrafted and cannot be returned or refunded due to errors in size, color, or style selection.
Billing: Your credit card will be charged 100% of the total order amount at the time of purchase.
Lead Time: Premium custom cushions typically take 4-6 weeks for production.
No Returns or Refunds: Custom cushions cannot be returned due to incorrect size, style, or fabric selection.
Important Notes Before Ordering:
Measure carefully before placing an order, as we are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
Color accuracy may vary based on your screen settings. We strongly recommend requesting fabric samples for the most accurate color match.

Incorrect Outdoor Cushion Order
If we have made an error in crafting your replacement cushions, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work diligently to correct the mistake and provide a solution as quickly as possible. This may include making new cushions or performing necessary repairs to meet your order specifications.
Custom Cushion Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a custom cushion order, please do so within 3 business days of placing the order. After this time, materials are allocated, and production begins, making it impossible to cancel.
Change of Fabric Selection
If you decide to change your fabric selection, this request must be made within 3 business days of placing the order. Once production begins, fabric changes cannot be accommodated.
Outdoor Cushion Warranty
Cushion & Workmanship Warranty
All custom outdoor cushions come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:
Stitching failures
Zipper malfunctions
Defective cording, buttons, or foam
Sling rail defects
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, improper care, or installation
Issues resulting from exposure to extreme weather, chemicals, cleaning agents, or sun lotions
Normal wear and tear, fading from prolonged direct sunlight, or improper storage
Outdoor Fabric Warranty
Each outdoor fabric manufacturer provides its own warranty. The most notable warranty policies include:
Sunbrella Fabric: Offers a 5-year limited warranty against color fading and strength loss under normal exposure conditions, including sunlight and atmospheric chemicals.
Other Premium Fabrics: Outdura and Tempotest also provide 5-year limited warranties, ensuring long-lasting durability and fade resistance.
If the fabric on a cushion, sling, or umbrella becomes unserviceable due to fading, loss of strength, or normal use within five (5) years of purchase, we will:
Repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern, if available.
If the original fabric is discontinued, we will offer a similar color and pattern replacement.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and cleaning
Damage from chemicals, sunscreen, or commercial use
Mold and mildew growth caused by dirt, pollen, or organic matter buildup
