Custom Outdoor Cushions, Pillows & Replacement Slings – Terms and Conditions

 

Please read before placing your order. By purchasing from Cascadia Outdoor Cushions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies outline important information regarding custom orders, lead times, fabric selection, returns, warranties, and customer responsibilities.

 

Custom-Made Product Policy

 

All cushions, pillows, and replacement slings are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Because these products are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once production has begun.

 

Customer Responsibilities Before Ordering

  • Verify all measurements and specifications
  • Review cushion style, ties, seams, and thickness
  • Order fabric samples when color or texture matters
  • Do not rely on old cushions for measurements
  • Understand comfort preferences are subjective

 

Special-Order & Custom Fabrics

 

Special-order fabrics are any fabrics not listed as standard selections on the product page. These fabrics are purchased specifically for your order and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Customer’s Own Material (COM)

For COM orders, Cascadia is responsible for cutting and sewing only. We are not responsible for the quality, durability, or cost of customer-supplied fabric. Replacement fabric must be provided by the customer if needed.

 

Fabric Direction & Pattern Layout

 

Fabric direction and pattern orientation are determined by the manufacturer and are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing samples and requesting clarification prior to ordering.

 

Lead Times & Delivery Expectations

 

Important: Lead Times Are Approximate

 

All lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production timing depends on fabric availability, seasonal demand, and manufacturing schedules. If your order is tied to a specific event or deadline, please order well in advance.

A quoted 6-week lead time means your order is expected to ship around that timeframe—not exactly at 6 weeks. Shipping time is additional and varies by location.

 

Fabric Availability

 

Delays may occur due to fabric mill backorders. If this happens, we may offer alternative fabrics or proceed once the material becomes available.

 

Order Status During Production

 

We do not provide updates during production. While we understand customers expect progress updates, the only available status during this phase is that your order is in production.

For example, if your lead time is 4–6 weeks and you contact us at week 3, the status will remain 4–6 weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

 

Multiple Factories & Split Shipments

 

Cascadia works with multiple manufacturing facilities across the USA. Different items may be produced at different locations, and your order may ship in multiple packages arriving on different days.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Changes or cancellations must be requested within one business day. Once fabric has been allocated or cut, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Shipping Damage

 

Inspect all packages upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within two business days with photos and original packaging retained.

 

Warranty Information

 

Cushions

 

One-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Replacement Slings

 

One-year warranty on workmanship. Sling fabrics carry a three-year manufacturer warranty.
